John Emerson “Jack” La Rose, of Durham and formerly of Inglewood, in his 97th year, beloved husband of the late Evelyn Perry. Dear father of Ruth and her husband Keith Allen of Stoney Lake. Remembered by his grandchildren Brenda Allen, Charles (Brenda) La Rose, David (Rose) La Rose, Paul (Brenda) La Rose and his many great-grandchildren. Predeceased by his grandson Mark Allen, his son Murray La Rose, and his brother Lloyd La Rose. Jack was a 60 year member of the Masonic Lodge and was a recipient of the William Mercer Wilson medal.
